Questions

Will Matricxon and pAIring stay free?

Yes. Both are AGPL-3.0 and every feature is in the free version. Support simply helps keep the projects going.

What if it does not run well on my hardware?

We make sure your hardware fits, otherwise we refund you in full.

Do you need root access to our servers?

No. Matricxon and pAIring run as a normal user, never as root. For setup, your admin runs a few install commands that we send, and support works by screen share or a temporary normal-user login.

What kinds of payments do you support?

We support PayPal, credit card or wire transfer, whichever suits you.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. You get an invoice by email.

What happens to unused support hours?

They last for 12 months from payment. Renewing is your choice, nothing renews on its own.

When do I need a commercial licence?

Only if you change the code and offer it to others without sharing your changes. Personal and internal use are free.
